Welcome to MyFollowers & Unfollowers Check (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Not Affiliated with Instagram or Meta

The App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. The App uses Instagram's official APIs within the permissions you grant.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You must also have an active Instagram account and a compatible iOS device.

Your Account & Use

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs while using your device and the App.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or our services.
• You will not use the App to harass, spam, or harm other users.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

The App is free to download and offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

• Weekly: $7.99 per week
• Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies.

AI-Generated Content

The App includes AI features such as caption generation, video subtitles, and photo editing. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI output. You retain ownership of content you create; however, you agree not to use the App to produce content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific follower, engagement, or growth result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
